Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Lynn Vivian-Book as Assistant Deputy Minister (Community Programs and Wellness) in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective from April 21, 2003, with her current salary (step 22, point scale 1262, $85,326) to continue until such time as her salary is determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
