Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gerry White as Assistant Deputy Minister (Strategic Issues) in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective from April 21, 2003, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
