Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant for an area of Crown land not exceeding 2016 square meters, situated at Powell’s Brook, Carbonear, in the electoral district of Carbonear - Harbour Grace, to Ram Venture Properties Limited, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
