Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence for an area of Crown land not exceeding 52 square metres, situated at Butts Pond in the electoral district of Terra Nova, to Paul Kent, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences.
