Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 646 square feet of office space for the Department of Human Resources and Employment, in the Goose Real Estate Building, Cartwright, from Goose Real Estate Limited, from April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2005, under the present terms and conditions and with required upgrades, at the existing rental rate of $28.00 per square foot.
