Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Carl Cooper as the Vice-President of the Bull Arm Site Corporation, effective from a current date, at his current salary and in accordance with a copy of the contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
