Under the authority of section 29 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Panel established pursuant to section 29 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, effective from a current date:

  i)  Annette Bennett;

 ii)  B. John Barrett;

iii)  William G. Morrow, Q.C.; and,

 iv)  David L. G. Andrews, Q.C.
