Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 850 square feet of additional space in St. John’s, for the Royal Commission on Renewing and Strengthening our Place in Canada, from Baine Johnston Centre Limited, on the 4^th floor of the Baine Johnston Building, at a rental rate of $21.00 per square foot, from May 1, 2003 to June 30, 2003, on a month to month basis, under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation.
