Under the authority of section 4(5) of the , the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 2,925 square feet of office space in St. John’s, for the Royal Commission on Renewing and Strengthening our Place in Canada, from Baine Johnston Centre Limited, on the 4th floor of the Baine Johnston Building, at a rental rate of $21.00 per square foot - $61,425.00 per annum, on a month to month basis to August 31, 2003, under the existing terms and conditions.
