Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 4,012 square feet of space for a liquor store in Harbour Grace, from Cyril Babb Ltd., from December 1, 2002 to November 30, 2004, under the existing terms and conditions, and at the rental rate of $34,102.00 per year, with the option to renew for another five year term under the same terms and conditions except the rental rate which shall be negotiated at the time of renewal.
