Under the authority of section 8(6) of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby revokes EDGE designation for:

  i)  Friede Goldman Newfoundland Limited;

 ii)  Cougar ExecuJet; and,

iii)  Alert Shipping Company Limited.
