Under the authority of section 3 of the Fire Prevention Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby retroactively appoints technical design staff within the Engineering and Inspections Branch of the Department of Government Services and Lands to review plans and specifications, effective 1996 up to the coming into force of the amendments to the Fire Prevention Act, 1991.
