 Under the authority of section 56 of the Expropriation Act and in accordance with

section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council

authorizes the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Baited Trawl

Holding Facility at St. Bernard’s to the Harbour Authority of St. Bernard’s/Jacques

Fontaine, for the nominal sum of $1.00, with the terms of the conveyance to be subject

to such further terms and conditions as either the Departments of Fisheries and

Aquaculture or Justice may require.
