Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the issuance of a licence-to-occupy for an area not exceeding 100 square metres of Crown Land situated at Bide Arm, in the electoral district of the Straits and White Bay North, to David Cassell, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences-to-occupy
