Under the authority of section 30 of the Social Assistance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled the “Social Assistance Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which shall come into force on February 1, 2003.
