Further to the direction provided in OC2002-220 and under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Wayne Loveys as Deputy Auditor General in the Office of the Auditor General, effective February 1, 2003.
