Under the authority of sections 6 and  7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the issuance of a licence-to-occupy for an area not exceeding 0.17 hectares of Crown Land situated at Clode Sound, Port Blandford, in the electoral district of Terra Nova, to the Port Blandford Marina Association Inc., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences-to-occupy.
