Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the extension of the lease of 5,300 square feet of space, for the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, Inland Fish and Wildlife Division, from Eugene Vivian, in the Commerce Court, Corner Brook, on a month to month basis to April 30, 2003, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $11.00 per square foot.
