Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby permanently closes a section of old highway reservation containing an area of 900.57 square metres located at the intersection of the Trinity South Highway, Route 80, and the New Harbour Barrens Road, Route 73 at New Harbour, as described in Schedule "A" and shown outlined on the plan attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and authorizes the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation to subsequently transfer the administration and control of the area to the Minister of Government Services and Lands.
