Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation to dispose of land located at St. George’s, described in Annex “A” of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, by public process as proposed in the Minister’s submission, under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister.
