Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kevin Lane as Assistant Deputy Minister - Labrador Operations in the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective March 18, 2003, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
