Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit $125,300 against the Department’s 2003-2004 appropriations to facilitate the overhaul of a R2800 waterbomber engine.
