Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, following the prorogation of the Fourth Session of the Forty-Fourth General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador on Tuesday, March 18, 2003, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor is hereby moved to issue a Proclamation for the Forty-Fourth General Assembly to meet in its Fifth Session for the dispatch of business on Wednesday, March 19, 2003.
