Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make an Order entitled the “Town of York Harbour Order, 2003”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which sets out the boundaries of the Town.
