Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 120 square feet of space for the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods, Forestry Office, from the Hamilton Sound Credit Union Limited, in the Credit Union Building, Carmanville, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $13.00 per square foot.
