Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 516 square feet of office space for the Department of Government Services and Lands, from Paul Enterprises Limited, in the Paul Building, Ferryland, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at a rental rate of $200.00 per month.
