Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 2,000 square feet of storage space for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, from the Port Saunders Committee Inc., in the Saunders Building, Port Saunders, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $150.00 per month.
