Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Darin King, in an acting capacity, as the Minister of Justice, in addition to his current responsibilities as the Minister of Education and Government House Leader, with effect from September 19, 2014.
