Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the report of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance to dispose of real property situated at Park Road, Wild Cove, Twillingate, as described in Schedule A of the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Dean Sharpe and Shawna Welsh.
