Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit funding of $53,100 annually against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2015-16 to 2019-20, and $22,100 in fiscal year 2020-2021, for the lease of a replacement Xerox printer for the Printing and Micrographic Services Division of Service NL.
