Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the position of Crown Attorney in the Public Prosecutions Division, St. John’s, with remuneration on the Solicitors Pay Plan as noted, including payment of the annual practice fee to the Law Society of Newfoundland, effective from a current date as follows:

i)  Phil LeFeuvre - Solicitor III, Step 2;

 ii)  Patricia Carpenter - Solicitor III, Step 2;

iii)  Kristen O’Keefe - Solicitor III, Step 2;

 iv)  Elaine Reid - Solicitor IV, Step 1;

 v)  Adam Sparkes - Solicitor IV, Step 1;

vi)  Mike Murray - Solicitor IV, Step 2; and,

vii)  Donovan Molloy - Solicitor IV, Step 6.
