Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the disposition of real property (Property) formerly owned by Hillside Manor Incorporated, a dissolved corporation, and situated at 12-14 Canada Drive within the Town of Harbour Breton, to the Town Council of the Town of Harbour Breton, on terms and conditions substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
