Under the authority of section 55 of the Public Service Pensions Act, 2019 the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Public Service Pensions Act, 2019, SNL 2019, c. P-44.01 into force on the date of publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
