Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the lease of up to 8,000 square feet of office space in Atlantic Place, Water Street, St. John’s, from Martek Morgan Finch Incorporated, for the Department of Justice, Lamer Inquiry, for a two year period commencing on the date of occupancy with a one year option to renew, at a rental rate of $15.00 per square foot, under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister of Works, Services and Transportation.
