Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 400 square feet of space for the Department of Industry, Trade and Rural Development, from the Humber Valley Development Association, in the Humber Valley Development Building, Deer Lake, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.00 per square foot.
