Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 2,028 square feet of storage space for the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods, from the Fortis Properties Corporation in the Millbrook Mall, Corner Brook, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $6.00 per square foot.
