Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of office space for the Department of Industry, Trade and Rural Development, from the Gateway Community Development Association, in the Gateway Development Association Building, Port Aux Basques, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $620.00 per month.
