Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 6,657 square feet of space for the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, Western Regional Office, with Best Pike Holdings, in the Pike Building, Corner Brook, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.75 per square foot.
