Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 340 square feet of office space for the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, Tourism Office, from Porte Village Limited, in the Porte Village Building, Lewisporte, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.45 per square foot.
