Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 180 square feet of office space and 435 square feet of storage space for the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods, Forestry Office, from the Town of Heart’s Desire in the Town Council Building, Heart’s Desire, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.00 and $5.00 per square foot respectively.
