Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of office space for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Fisheries Office, from the Battle Harbour Development Association, in the Development Association Building, Mary’s Harbour, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $350.00 per month.
