Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 1,261 square feet of office space for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Regional Office, from Goose Real Estate Limited in the Hydro Building, Happy Valley/Goose Bay, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $13.95 per square foot.
