Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 4,603 square feet of space for the Department of Justice, Supreme Court from Labrador Specialities Limited, in the Labrador Specialities Building, Happy Valley/Goose Bay, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $12.00 per square foot.
