Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 1,017 square feet of space for the Department of Human Resources and Employment, District Office, from Hancock’s Variety Limited, in the Hancock’s Variety Building, Forteau, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $14.95 per square foot.
