Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the renewal of the lease of 3,619 square feet of space for the Department of Human Resources and Employment, District Office, with Confederation Holdings Limited, in the Hayley Building, Bonavista, on a month to month basis up to March 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $13.50 per square foot.
