Under the authority of section 56 of the Expropriation Act and in accordance with section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the Port au Bras Gear Shed to the Port au Bras Fishermen’s Committee Incorporated, and to transfer the Baited Trawl Holding Room to the Petite Forte Fishermen’s Committee Incorporated, each for the nominal sum of $1.00, with the terms of the conveyances to be subject to such further terms and conditions as either the Departments of Fisheries and Aquaculture or Justice may require.
