Under the authority of section 10 of the International Interests in Mobile Aircraft Equipment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the International Interests in Mobile Aircraft Equipment Act into force upon publication of a proclamation in the Gazette.
