Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, The Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to appoint Jeff Loder as Senior Advisor, Trade and Rate Mitigation within the Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs Secretariat of the Executive Council, effective March 11, 2020, with salary at Step 25 on the 1868 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
