Under the authority of subsections 3(3) and 4(1) of the Energy Corporation Act and subsections 245(1) and (2) of the Corporations Act, directing Nalcor (the “Corporation”) and its subsidiaries, excluding Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro and CFLCo, that prior to the disposal of furniture, computers, office equipment or motor vehicles, by any means, the Corporation and its subsidiaries are to offer to transfer these assets to the administration and control of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador at no cost.
