Under the authority of subsection 672.38 of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Provincial Court Judge Gregory Brown as Chairperson of the Criminal Code Mental Disorder Review Board effective immediately, for a five-year term.
